You are eligible for a full refund if your refund request is made within 14 days of the purchase date and the purchase was made directly through the DeviceFlow website.

Full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or any renewal charge. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We also offer a 30-day free trial before any payment is required, so you can evaluate the app fully before committing.
How to request a refund
Contact us and include your order number or the email address you used at checkout. We process refunds within 3 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect it.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who act as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method.
