Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Provider

DeviceFlow is developed and operated by Felix Schroeder Ventures UG (referred to as "we", "us", or "DeviceFlow").

2. Scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the DeviceFlow macOS app, Android app, and associated website (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. License

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DeviceFlow on your own devices for personal or professional purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the software or its components.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your license to another party.

4. Free trial

DeviceFlow includes a 30-day free trial with full functionality. No payment is required to start the trial. After the trial period ends, continued use requires a purchase. Trial availability may change at any time.

5. Plans and payments

DeviceFlow is available under two plans:

  • Lifetime — a one-time payment granting access for as long as DeviceFlow is actively maintained and distributed. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not the purchaser. In the unlikely event that DeviceFlow is discontinued, lifetime license holders will receive at least 90 days' notice. No recurring charges.
  • Yearly — an annual subscription that renews automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made.

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who act as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. System requirements

DeviceFlow requires macOS 15 Sequoia or later and Android 13 or later. Both devices must be connected to the same local network. We do not guarantee compatibility with future OS versions, though we will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Felix Schroeder Ventures UG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm others.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Munich, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
